Snyder Cut Round Tables

Since the legend of King Arthur and his Knights, a Round Table has symbolised the coming together of peoples who share a common goal, as equals. We are therefore delighted to announce the introduction of the Snyder Cut Round Tables. These periodic, regular events will be hosted on our YouTube channel, with a rotating cast from every single corner of the Snyder Cut community. EVERYONE will be eligible to participate as a guest, as all of your voices matter.

 

We will be seeking out experienced hosts from YouTube and/or podcasts, once again on a rotational basis to host the Round Table events and steer the conversation. We believe this is a great opportunity for a number of positive outcomes:

 

1. Using YouTube will enable us to bring the whole community to an untapped platform accessed by millions, casting our net far and wide for new supporters.
2. Consolidating our YouTube presence, can help work as a counter-weight to what is mostly negative Snyder Cut coverage in the space. Together our voice is louder.
3. Bringing more eyes on the great personalities within our movement, can help correct misconceptions about our community.
4. Supporting the great content creators in our community by providing them with a communal platform can in turn help them increase exposure for their own content.

 

So why now?

We have undoubtedly made a huge impact on twitter, but movements that don’t adapt, die. To prevent things getting stale things have to be shaken up from time to time, with new invigorating ideas.

Unity. We also believe this is the perfect time and opportunity to bring the community together. Because of the rotating cast, there will be opportunities for people to talk about the Snyder cut and other wider discussion points in the community, that they otherwise may never have had. This can work towards stoking up new friendships and healing old wounds, which is something we should all desire.

 

What’s the plan?

We will initially begin by putting out the call for a rotating cast of hosts. Once we have our hosts, a schedule will be lined up and we will put out a call for guests, with the idea that no two guests on any particular show are familiar with each other. These Snyder Cut Round Tables will initially be recorded, with a view to bringing them to you live in the future, which will of course open up viewer collaboration.
